4 kids. Halloween. That means 4 costumes that will be worn twice each. First to our church Fall Festival on the 26th, and then to trick-or-treat on the 31st. But oh my goodness........ when did the the basic child's costume price become $30.00?? And that's at Target!I've done some "scoping" at Good Will and a couple of consignment shops, but there's just not a lot of choice in the sizes that I need.
